How do I get started?

We want this to be simple, in fact the simpler the better. We try not to put barriers in place where there should be none.

Your reseller will let you have the link to a downloadable agent, and via an installation Wizard this will be placed on your hard disk.

You will be given your own password to the agent that will allow you to open it and start configuring your devices to allow for monitoring.

Once you have chosen the devices to be monitored and given details of who is to be escalated too and when, the service is started.

It's as simple as that, it should take no longer that 20 minutes.

How can I be sure that my network is secure?
Security is of paramount importance to the whole team at Optimised Networks, so all of our solutions follow rigorous security processes and procedures.

Our monitoring solutions are one of the safest currently available on the market. Our agent site behind your firewall and collects all of the usage statistics from all of the devices that you have specified for monitoring.

The agent then collates all of the data and pushes the information out to our N.O.C. (Network Operations Centre) this way avoiding the need for you to allow access into your internal systems.

All data that is passed out over the internet is encrypted and uses HTTPS.

We can also work with and install VPN and dedicated lines for additional security if required.

How much will it cost me?
This will all depend on the service or solution that you are investing in but just the monitoring alone should cost less than a daily newspaper.

What type of network connection do I need?
We normally work with permanent network connections such as ADSL but are willing to work with our partners and clients to deliver solutions tailored to requirements.
